Skinny Cow Brand Manager
I’ve been working at Richmond Foods for five years now. My job covers such a variety of activities that everyday is different, which keeps it fun and interesting. Things move with a real pace, so there are always new challenges to go at. My favourite product is our delicious Skinny Cow Truffle Berry Fling.
Rachel Cobbe
National Account Manager
I’ve worked at Richmond for five and a half years. My role is really diverse and moves at a fast pace, which makes it very enjoyable, but I’d have to say my favourite thing about the job is the people I work with. My favourite Richmond ice cream is M&S Extremely Maple Pecan or Waitrose Clotted Cream Ice Creams and Fruit Pastill Lollies.

I’ve been working here for three and a half years. I find it very satisfying being part of a company that is continually changing and innovating – no two days are ever the same! The Fab Cones are definitely my favourite product.

I’ve been at Richmond for the past nine years, every day of which has really been a fresh and exciting challenge. If I had to pick a favourite product, it would be the Ribena push-ups.

I’ve worked at the company for five years now. My favourite thing about the job is the rotating shifts and long weekends! I also can’t get enough of our Asda Extra Special Greek Yogurt and Honey Ice Cream.
Ruth Levison
NPD Manager, Leeming Bar
I’ve been with Richmond for three and a half years. I enjoy the great teams of people I work with, both in NPD and across the factory, and helping to drive my department forward and develop their roles within the site. I also love the huge number of challenges that are thrown at me on a day-to-day basis, combined with the fact that the company never sits still for a minute! My favourite Richmond product are the new Fruit Crunch Bars – they’re delicious!
Seamus Boyne
Stock Controller
I started working in the factory in 1999 and worked my way up to my current position. I enjoy solving the problems that come with being the Stock Controller, it seems that every week you come across different issues. It’s a very varied job and I get to work with many people from other departments. I think my favorite Richmond Ice Cream has to be the cones we make for M&S. It’s a good quality product but most importantly they taste fabulous.
