HYGIENE
HYGIENE SUPERVISOR
CROSSGATES, LEEDS
Reporting to the Hygiene Manager your main responsibility will be to plan, organise, coordinate and control the cleaning of processing machinery within a food manufacturing environment.
The role will involve the supervison of the hygiene team to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained by enforcing agreed cleaning procedures, hygiene practices & operating standards to meet manufacturing / customer and legislative standards. Other responsibilities will include the training and developing of your team, and the implementation of hygiene and cleaning procedures required to maintain company practices.
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing small teams in a manufacturing environment in the food industry, and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working under pressure. You will have first class communication skills, be a team player, flexible, approachable, and be able to demonstrate your experience of improving the performance and abilities of teams and individuals. You will be looking for an opportunity to further develop your talents by moving into a challenging supervisory management role with an excellent salary available to the right individual.
