Opportunities for an individual to grow within our business are “Huge” – the time is now right to join the largest ice cream producer in the UK.

We operate fast paced dynamic and ever changing environment within state of art, highly automated manufacturing facility. Are you a person who is looking to challenge and “NOT” follow; to join a culture of owners.

Requirements for role –

•Must have experience within the food industry (ideally in the dairy sector)
•Duties include; attending breakdowns and carrying out preventative maintenance to ensure plant availability and production levels are maximized
•Conscientious and Self discipline

The successful candidate will have hands on approach to the role with good background knowledge within their field of expertise.
Must be completely flexible with the attitude and enthusiasm to get the job done without compromise; you will be operating on a rotational shift pattern exercising your skills to ensure downtime is minimised to minimum with the focus of “time is money” adopting our current regime that “We never compromise on quality and always striving to go that extra mile to drive results” with a methodical approach

•Training - a formal and thorough induction will be organised for you when you join us followed by training based around our world class operations initiatives which you can take up throughout your career.
There will be opportunities to be trained towards a relevant professional qualification, if you don’t already have them.

•Salary (up to £13 per/hour)
