Group Site services engineer
Leeming Bar & Crossgates
Reporting to the Chief Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing Group site services throughout the factories.
The person must be capable of implementing and updating maintenance schedules and procedures whilst enhancing the site services on the sites.
You will also be responsible for carrying out continuous improvement initiatives whilst accountable for all ancillary equipment which is business critical to ensuring the plants achieve their production and KPI targets.
As a member of the site management team we will require a range of leadership skills to lead site and services engineers on sites. This requires an individual capable of setting the agenda, taking others with you and doing it the right way.
Qualified within an Engineering discipline at degree level or equivalent, you will have a minimum of 10 years hands on experience dealing with work based engineering problems on Ammonia plant and other services. You will have first class communication skills, be a team player and be able to demonstrate your experience of improving the performance and abilities of a team of service engineers and to build an apprenticeship scheme and develop a new generation of site and services engineers
